For want of a nail, the shoe was lost; for want of a shoe, the horse was lost;
For want of a horse, the rider was lost; for want of a rider, the message was lost;
For want of a message the battle was lost; for want of a battle, the kingdom was lost . .
the presentation is really good explaining the ideal scenarios of the testing. also as you mentioned in one of the slide Woah!!we cant do it all. which is actually true many times people loose the battle half way deciding which is important and which is not among the reviews and test you have mentioned. i think the only way one can get that is through experience. but one can develop the same if given a little freedom in early stages of his career.
